If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us via e-mail at info@labargewinery.com. Refunds are only issued when wine is damaged or lost and a claim is filed with the shipper.

For your security, our web based ordering process utilizes an advanced technology known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This ensures that all sales transaction information is transferred via encrypted methods.
All orders accepted through this site require a credit card. Upon submitting an order, all credit card numbers and related information are transmitted using the encryption methods described above. You should be able to verify this by looking for the closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser.
The information that you provide us will not be shared or sold to other companies other than as necessary to fulfill your request, as for example, to ship an order. The information is utilized so that we may offer a level of service commensurate with the quality of our wines.

Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old.
By placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old.
When your wine is delivered, the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old, and that person will be required to sign for the package.
